Did 4 hill repeats. Splits: 1:05, 1:05, 1:03, 1:00. Ave: 1:03. Half mile recovery and then a med-hard 2 miles. Wanted to get sub 7:00. I did, but it was inconsistent with splits of 7:10 and 6:45.
