This is the best I've felt in a long while. Right from mile one, my body felt better. The first mile in 8:16 and uphill was very encouraging. I haven't been under 9:00 for the first mile in weeks, so this was such a wonderful start to my run.
I did two rounds of the Springholm Loop. I pushed the mostly uphill mile 4-5 in 6:43 and then again the last flat mile in 6:21. It was raining hard, something I am not familiar with here in Scotland. Usually plenty of rain, but mostly the light misty type.
