Started slow and gradually worked into it hoping hammy and glute wouldn't complain too much. Glute felt preey good, but I had some hamstring pain at 6 miles and the downhill mile from 8 to 9, was problematic. It hurt a bit the rest of the run.
Picked up the pace the last mile, but couldn't go any faster than 7:25 because of the hammy.
I had some issues, but still a good workout.
