This was one of the most painful runs ever. Just before I left the house, I had to make a toilet stop which was painful and not fun. 2 miles in I knew I had to go again or it was going to be bad news. I found a trail and did the business 2 more times. Stomach was a mess for the next mile and then a half mile from home, another painful attach. I rushed in the house and just barely made the toilet in time.
