I planned on doing 8 x 300 with 100 rest. After running 2 very slow feeling tired, I backed off and did 4 x 200 strides. No sense in forcing it with the race on Sunday. Even though I didn't do the workout I wanted, I still loved this run. I waited until the thunderstorm was coming through and loved the hard rain that came down about half way through.
