Notes

I had no idea how I's feel coming of the sickness, but I felt strong probably due to fresh legs with the missed training. I forgot how tough these hills are. Even tougher this time because I pushed the downhills as well. I ran strong throughout all the hills. I would have rather have done this workout yesterday with Sunday's race, but I'm looking at the BIG pictuire - the Boston Marathon. There was no way I was missing hills this week. Finished off with 6 x 40 second strides. After the run I was a bit congested and coughed up some flem. I'm tired but I should be, I ran hard.
