Another beautiful day for running. October is my favorite month... the cool dry air and changing colors. (Even today was warmer than usual for this time of the year.) I was very tired and didn't feel like running, but after the first few miles I felt better. .I had a late lunch and felt bloated miles 1-3 and that didn't help I was only going to do 5, but I ran past the car and did another mile. I wound up enjoying this run more than I thought I would. :o) It's amazing how sometimes running will 'wake up' the body and you get back home with more energy than when you left.
