ASICS Gel-DS Trainer
West Hartford, CT - easy run with 6 x 40 second strides. I finally retired my old Asics DS Trainers and bought a new pair which are alo one ounce lighter.
The weather turned cold and windy with rain. I felt much better than this morning.
