Notes
I ran with Mike on the Bay State Course. We ran from mile 3 to 13. The plan was to go easy for two miles and then run 7:50-8:00 pace. Mike took off way too fast. We dialed it back from mile 3-9 and picked up a bit the last mile. Both of us felt tired and beat up. My whole left side hurt, especially the groin and upper quad near my abdomen. Hamstring wasn't too bad. I was like this from mile 4 on-wards. I had planned on doing strides near the end, but the way I was feeling, I bagged that thought.
My running so far this week has been a mixed bag of emotions and experiences.
