I gave myself the option of a track workout depending on how the hamstring felt. It was as tight early on as yesterday, but released at 2 miles instead of 3. So I was all set to give it a go, but the track was closed because of a sports game. This is a wonderful new track, but I hardly get to run on it. From now on during the week if i want to run track, I'll head to West Memorial. That track is always available.
