Barry and I had a great workout at Loop Rd. Barry ran with me at my PMP with no problem at all. He is on track for a great Boston! Splits: 7:06, 7:09, 7:06, 7:06, 7:06, 7:06, 7:00. Legs felt heavy during the warmup but as soon as we started the tempo i felt strong.
