Notes

4 x 2.5 mile loops in rain and mud at the Moose Milers trail race. It was sooo much fun. I decided to run this as a training run instead of racing it.

I ran easy, comfortable and gradually picked up the pace. Splits: 18:37, 18:29, 17:55, 17:22.

Paces: 7:27, 7:24, 7:10, 6:53

My hamstrings/gluts tightened up a bit so i wouldn't have been able to run much faster anyhow.
