When I went out to run, I thought I was going to have a great run because the weather was exciting... cool with light rain. However my hamstring wasn't cooperating. Last night it was torture just to sit in my computer chair for more than 15 minutes at a time.
I barely managed to run 5 miles when I was planning on 12. :(
