I have a new painful spot on my left leg, just above the upper quad. After struggling through a painful 2 miles, I called it a day. I feel like I'm slowly falling apart. My feeling is I have more than a psoas problem. I need to call Tim Fagerson for an appt. Yesterday I had planned on doing a long warm down after the race to make it a long day, but I could barely run 2 miles with Reno at a very slow pace. I've never been afraid of a race, but next weeks 10 miler I fear. I have fear because right now I can't trust my body to perform. My worry is I struggled today to run. What happens next week after 10 miles? All I can do is take it one day at a time and see where that leads me. :)
