I'm getting a little better each day. I was able to run faster than yesterday. I was tempted to run 8 miles, but I don't want any more setbacks.I can run uphill and the pain doesn't worsen as long as I run flatfooted. Downhill is still a problem. i actually have to run slower on the downhills. I walked the short steep downhill at the end. Legs felt the best from 4-5 mile point because I ran it on the astorturf by the track.
