What a difference 5 hours make. I felt much better than my morning run. I did 3 sets of 200,200,400 (equal rest). 45, 45,1:30, 43, 42,1:27,42, 41, 1:26. Finished off with 1 fast lap on the astro turf @ 1:36. I ran my splits faster than Wednesday. Legs felt fine, just a bit tight. The chest cold is just about gone. Ii can feel the difference with my breathing when running hard.
