Notes

2 mile fast run on the Dock Park handicap route. I haven't done this in a few years and first time solo. My goal was sub 7:00 pace. First mile was slow with some headwind in 7:16, but I came through with 6:36 on the 2nd mile to clock 13:53, (6:57 pace).
