10 min tempo at 7:00 pace. 5 min rec and 5 x 3 min, (ave: 6:31) with 3 min rec. 5 x 30 strides with 30 sec rec. Ave: 6:18.
I did the same workout last year a week before Doomhamer. I was about the same on the tempo, but I was faster today with the 3 min and 30 sec. I was hoping to get sub 6:40 for the 3 min intervals, so I am very happy to ave 6:31.
