I found out where the Coventry runners run... Memorial Park. It's a 1.75 nice wide paved loop around a mini golf course and soccer field. I saw about 30 runners and 50 walkers. I was the only one going clockwise. I kept expecting someone to grab me ad day, "You are going the wrong way"... a nightmare scene right out of Midnight Express! lol
Last night I struggled to sleep because of a coughing fit. However this was a good sign because when I get to the coughing stage, that usually means, my cold in on the way out. And sure enough I felt much better running. I feel I will be 100% for tomorrow. :o)
In the last 2 runs, my knee has felt the best it has post-surgery.
