Notes

The plan was 6 hill repeats and 6 x 40 second strides. I felt very good warming up, but as soon as I started on the hill my legs were dead. I did 3 reps at 1:07, 1:10, 1:08, 1:07. These were about 6 seconds slower than the first two weeks. So, I bailed after 4 and did a hard mile in 6:45, which I am very happy with. My fastest mile this year was 6:48.

I tried to do strides, but legs would not turnover.
