Notes

Part 2 of simulated RTB prep workout. I didn't sleep well, only 3 hours, which actually simulated the relay race perfectly as I don't sleep much the night before leg3 of the RTB race. :)

I ran this at a similar effort as last year - hard training run. The difference was I did a tempo run last night and last year I was coming off 2 easy days. I was suprised that my time was almost exactly the same... only 10 seconds slower this year, so I'm in better shape than I thought.
