I did this workout last year at this time and I was slightly faster today and with only one rest day between workouts. Last year it was 6;10 ave for the 1 min and mile was 6:21.
Glute was sore, but hamstring was ok.
The weather continues to be awesome. Sunny and warm every day and hasn't rained much at all in about a month!
