Notes

It was a great decision to do the hills tonight instead of the morning because I had a great workout. 6 hill repeats @ 1:58, 1:54, 1:52, 1:52, 1:52, 1:51. Overall 18 seconds faster than last week. I had a bit of an upset stomach on 4-6th, but it went away by the time I finished. A few more weeks of these and my fitness will start to return!
