My first 'run only' since the injury! :-) I know from the way the leg felt around the house that I was going to be able to run. The pain in the lower hammy felt much better. The initial injury area (upper hammy) still has twinges, so I cannot run very fast yet, but each mile was better the the previous one.
I will take it easy - one day at a time and testing waters very carefully. I won;t rush back to hard workouts until mybody is ready to handle it.
