My foot was a bit tender when pressing the metatarsal, but I was walking pain-free in the house, so I decided to test it running to the gym.
As soon as I laced on my shoes, I could feel it a little and by a half mile, I decided to walk back home. However, the thought occurred to me that maybe loosening the laces will help as barefoot was fine.
That did the trick and I was able to run to the gym and back.
At night I had some off and on pain so, I will bile tomorrow and not run.
