This was such a great run as I was able to run at a faster pace without much pain. It's amazing that just a few days ago I could barely run. I gradually built up speed and run negative splits.

Splits: 7:43, 7:33, 7:31, 7:20, 7:14, 7:02. 6:52. 6:45.
