I had to start very slow. It took me 4 miles to really loosen up. The beginning of this run was a new route... an area I hadn't run before. Leg tightness and soreness is a real hassle. I'm just trying to hang in there until this clears up. For me right now, it's a day to day thing about how fast I can run. I have to be flexible with my training because I never know how I'll feel until I go out.
