I found out that I can push hills without stressing the hamstring that much. This will be a good way for me to get some harder effort until the leg is fine for speed. I had a good last mile from 6-7 @ 7:39. This was my fastest mile since the race. I have plenty of hill options out here, so everything is going to work out great.
