Great track workout with Tony. We hooked up with a runner from Texas. 400, 800, 1200, 1600, 1200, 800, 400. Half rec except for 1200's - 800 rec. 400's at 85. 800's at 2:51. 1200's at 4:22. 1600 at 5:55.
