Not a good day. Windy and rain made it tough, but the real problem was my right butt/upper hamstring was killing me. I struggled to run fast. splits were very slow. I was 10 seconds faster on 400's last week. Supposed to do 6 sets of 200, 200, 400 with equal rec, but I bagged the workout after 2 sets.
Hopefully tomorrow's massage with Jean will give me dome relief. If I struggle with hill repeats ans strides on Friday, I may need to take some tine off.
