Today was even worse because of the funk I am in. I did 2.5 in the morning. Later on I went out and after a 5 minute half mile I stopped and walked back. Usually if I've got the'blues' running is the best medicine. I have no desire to run right now. I'm sure soon I'll pull out of this because i rarely feel like this and when i do they only last a few days.
