Eleni and I went to Moffat to watch the 15K race and ran 5 miles on the course before the start. Even through we were not racing, it was so nice to be out here again on race day to take in the experience, atmosphere and cheer on the runners.
I love this race and I always wanted to run it again, but with my arthritic knee, the long steep downhill would kill me.
