Notes
I ran the first 8 miles with Reno and then another 12 my myself. My energy level was excellent the entire run. I did have problems with tight/sore gluts and hamstrings which caused me to slow down from miles 10-13. However I picked it up again and managed the rest of the run with miles 19 & 20 at 7:35 and 7:10. I was very happy to be able to put in a strong finish. This was so much better than the 18 miler I put in 2 weeks ago!
The outside of my right knee was sore after the run so I applied ice and it felt better.
