I felt great from the first step, so I didn't it was time to rum faster and see how the knee responds. It responded great. In fact I had less time than usual.
I gradually picked up the pace and by mile 3, running much faster. I maintained the same effort and ran strong. My legs did tire in the last mile as I have no endurance right now.
This was a wonderful run. I couldn't ask for more at this point. :o)
