Eleni I did the Shawhead Hills. A perfect day for it as we had clear skies and sun, (until the last mile when it started raining.) It was an out and back with tailwind out and headwind back. I ran excellent. I did get worn down on the hill against the wind and legs turned to mush by the end of the hill, but I regrouped and was able to out in a fast last mile 6:56 mile.
Eleni, not having a good day with her head issues, ran a strong 2nd half even though she got caught in the rain waiting for me to get her in the car.
