Notes

The plan was for 8 hill repeats. But even though the Soleus' were a lot better, I decided not to beat on them and do 4 instead of 8. Took a half mile recovery jog and then did a hard mile which would be less stressful on Soleus'.

I backed off a bit on th first 2 reps to gauge how the Soleus' were feeling. Not too bad, so I did the next 2 at normal effort.

Splits: 106, 1:05, 1:02, 1:01. Ave: 1:03.

For the mile, I would be pleased with anything under 7:00. I felt very good and ran 6:44. The mile had more gradual uphill than downhill.
