Great workout. 4 mile tempo at 28:14, (7:03 pace). 10 sec faster than last week.
Splits: 7:02, 7:14, 7:02, 6:56. I have done this workout 4 weeks in a row. Nice progression of improvement.
Weekly paces: 7:15, 7:09. 7:07, 7:04. I will switch workouts and go back and do this again in about a month and see if I can go faster.
