I loved this run. Cols but very sunny. Ideal for a winter run! Did 2 loops in the trail and topped everything off with a fast last mile in 6:27. Only 2 seconds from my fastest mile in the past month, but it felt easier.
If I didn't have a few icy patches, I could have run sub 6:25.
