First interval workout in 6 months! 5 sets of 200, 200 400 with equal recovery.

Other than a little ankle pain warming up, I felt great. |:-) The 200's felt easy as I had a tail wind. The 400's were tougher because the back half of those had the head wind. I kept the recovery long because it was my session in ages.
