Every time I do my 6 week block of hills repeats I always make a big jump in fitness on week 4. Today was the same!

6 hills @ 2:53, 2:52, 2:49, 249, 2:43, 2:46. Followed up with 4 x 20 strides. I was fatser on the strides as well. I wanted to do 6, but I stopped at 4 when I tightened up (right hamstring) on the third one.

23 seconds faster than last week.
