Ran with Reno. I ran well considering only 3 hours sleep and the heat. I was wiped out the rest of the day.Achilles/foot was OK until the very end. Reno took a look at my foot and said I have bursitis. I did some research and I have all the symptoms. Actually I fell I have a combination of bursitis and tendinitis. Both Achilles hurt, but the left one has the inflamed bursa sac. Left qlute/butt was bothering me after the run.
