I waited until it was almost dark because of the heat. Even then it was still freaking hot. My sickness snapped and I ran well considering the 86 degree temp. A have a month to get in shape for the USATF 5K Championships in Syracuse. This will be my last race with Whirlaway, so I would like to go out with a great race.
