Even though it was warmer, I felt much better than the morning running attempt. This is getting to be a pattern. I haven't felt decent on a morning run in weeks.
The good news is this workout went great. Originally I had planned on 10 min tempo, 4 x 3 min and 4 x 40 sec strides. However. because I want to come back on Wednesday for a high quality workout, it made sense to hold back today with the volume.
10 min tempo at 6:54 pace. 5 min recovery jog and finished with 6 x 1 min with 1 min recovery:

Ave: 6:22 pace.
Left hamstring and glute was a bit sore afterwards, so I need to do some self message.
