Just when I thought things were finally getting better, I went backwards. On Sunday's run the hip was fine. It felt good yesterday. In fact even though I didn't run, it felt good enough to run. Today at mile 2, I could feel the pain start coming back. I slowed down a bit to see if i could keep going, but I had to walk it in for 1.5 miles. It even hurt walking and now it feels worse than last week. It feels like I went back 2 weeks. I thought I was over this, but apparently not. I will shut it down for the rest of the week and take it from there.
