Notes

The great news is the Achilles only had slight pain, so I was able to do hill repeats and strides!

I knew if I could do the workout that I would hit the hills fast. I was rested and had a moderate tail wind.

Splits. (.13) :

1:03, 1:01, 1:01, 1:01, 1:01, 59, 58.

I ran with Eleni. She looped around the Crichton and I did hills. We had all weathers. Wind, sun, rain and light snow.
