10 x 1 min with 1 min rest. Half mile recovery and a hard mile in 6;36.
Splits were messed up with the GPS. No way I did my first 1 min in 8:36, even into the wind and the tailwind one's just under 7:00. Afterwards I looked at the map and it said I only ran .8 mile instead of 2.5!
So, I really don't know how fast I was running.
The mile recorded correctly. I was 2 seconds slower than last week. The mile was .55 into strong wind and .45 tailwind,
