Eleni took the day off so I went out and run to downtown Castle Douglas, through the park and found the Lover's Walk Trail and back. Nice trail to run... the only probem is you have to open gates every 400 or so. It's good for a recovery, 'get off the road' run. I picked up the pace the last 10 minutes.
