I had tired legs today. I knew it was going to be a slow day when after 2 miles I was only running at 9 minute pace. Right then I decided not to think about pace and just relax and put the miles in at whatever pace I ran. I had to batle some tough headwinds. The last 3 miles I started to feel better and my pace picked up a bit. This was one of those days where you just have to bear down and do it.
