Treadmill

Notes

It was even colder than yesterday so i opted for the treadmill. I did 4 x 2 minute hills @ 6:40 pace raising the grade from 1.5,2,2.5 and 3. Two minute rest. I finished off with a fast mile (6:12), starting at 6:40 and gradually peaking at 5;45. this was a good test for the psoas and ankle. I managed fine. I did struggle with doing ab crunches with psoas/groin pain after the run. The improvement I've made in the past few days is wonderful. I also noticed that since reno worked on me, the lower left back pain has decreased. Releasing the psoas has helped with that.
