Notes
I've been running so little that I am putting down this 10 miler as a long run! Taking yesterday off help me as the first half mile wasn't as painful as all my other runs. I felt today. The only problem is both feet started to complain about mile six. At 7.25 miles, (uphill) the left Achilles reminded me I am not out of the woods yet. It started to be very painful but when I got off the hill the pain dropped enough so i could finish the run. I pickup it up a bit last mile which is downhill.
Feet hurt afterwards. My training for the marathon is so up in the air because i really am day to day about what I can do. I have a general plan, but I need to be patient and flexible about the workouts.
